1. Select Board

  • Choose the board your school is part of from the dropdown menu.

  • Note: This field is usually preselected for you.

2. Select School

  • Pick the name of your school from the dropdown list.

  • Note: This field is usually preselected for you.

3. Select Semester

  • Choose the current semester for your classroom (e.g., Fall 2025).

4. Classroom Name

  • Enter a clear and unique name for your classroom (e.g., "Grade 10 English - Period 2").This name will help you and your students identify the class.

5. Redeem Code

  • Create a unique code for your classroom. While you can create any code, using the course code (e.g., END2D) is common and helpful.

  • This code will be visible to teachers, who will provide it to their students during the sign-up process in the student platform to register them in the classroom.

  • Important: Avoid using dashes (-) or special characters.

6. Estimated Students (Optional)

  • Enter an approximate number of students expected in your classroom.

  • Note: This is for reference only and will not affect your code, even if the number of students exceeds your estimate.

7. Assign a teacher

  • To assign a teacher to this classroom, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Teachers tab.

  • Click on New Teacher to begin the process.

  • Detailed instructions will be displayed here to guide you through assigning a teacher.
